  • Manages a wide range of projects and activities related to office operations including reception desk; maintaining IT, office equipment and contact database management; coordinates staff meetings; and maintains records on Brinshore legal entities. 
  • Coordinates events at developments, including grand openings, maintains the Brinshore website, and manages marketing projects.
  • Provides administrative assistance for property owners.

Experience

Sally served as administrative assistant for BCM, LLC, the construction arm of Brinshore Development, where she worked with contractors to review and approve payroll, insurance, licenses, warranties and other documents required for compliance with various entities involved with a development.

Prior to joining BCM, Sally was the Executive Director of the Foundation for Retinal Research, where she oversaw day-to-day operations; maintained the Foundation website; produced quarterly newsletters and biennial reports; and coordinated the annual board meeting. Her favorite aspect of the job was finding FRR families and planning the biennial conference.
