• 122 Units.
• Haven Court is a three-story elevator building with 92 one-bedrooms and 6 two-bedrooms units for seniors 55 and older.
• Haven Flats is one-story building with 24 units, designed for special needs residents.

Innovations

• A subsidy will be provided to 120 of the 122 units.
• Daily van service to a transportation station will be provided by the Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC), will provide a van service multiple times daily to the transportation station nearby the Mall.
  

Community Advantage

• Community services and amenities include on-site management and maintenance, a community room and kitchen, social service offices, fitness center, card room, computer room, TV room, and bike storage.
• Indoor amenities include spacious living areas, in-unit washers and dryers, and dishwashers

An In-Progress Project

• Outdoor amenities include gazebos, picnic shelter with grills and tables, dog park, pickleball court, and community gardens.
• Conveniently located near the Market Place Shopping Center, a mall with shopping, dining, and entertainment activities.

Brinshore Partnership

• Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC), this Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program will be owned by the nonprofit affiliated with the HACC.
