The Foglia Residences at The Chicago Lighthouse is a 76-unit development offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments for income-eligible households. The property was designed to accommodate individuals and families with a priority for those who are disabled, including those who are blind and visually impaired. The Foglia Residences is the first residential project serving people who are blind or visually impaired to be financed through Low Income Housing Tax Credits in the United States.
