  • Brinshore was the developer for Clybourn 1200, another project in the redevelopment plan that provided 84 apartments and 17,000 square feet of commercial space.

  • The development team will work with Case Western Reserve and Near North Unity Project to implement community engagement and community cohesion strategies.
  • Features high-efficiency HVAC, solar hot water heating, green roofs on the townhomes, and energy efficient appliances.
  • Project amenities and services will include a community room, exercise room, market rate amenities, washers and dryers, dishwashers, indoor parking, and a tot lot.
