Sara Bongard

Construction Manager

Experience

Sara brings more than twelve years of construction experience with five of those years containing pre-construction experience building for oil and gas businesses such as Exxon Mobil, Phillips 66, Shell Westhollow, as well as K-12 market and commercial high rises. She has operation project management experience renovating for Sam Houston State University and Texas A&M University, constructing high rise student housing and senior living high rises.

Public Service and Industry Involvement

Since 2011, Sara has been an active association member of Associated Builders and Contractors, served on the Board of Directors, as well as chaired for Political Action Committee and Women Peer Group Committees.  Sara continues to seek involvement and growth in apprenticeship training programs, public service organizations, mission work, performance arts and aviation.

Education

Sara has a pre-medical degree from University of Houston - Downtown and CMA certifications from Texas School of Business. Throughout her career, Sara pursued Construction training in Project Management and Leadership Training and Certifications from Associated Builders and Contractors and Dale Carnegie Business development Skills for Success Training and Certification. Sara is also CPR/AED Certified and OSHA 30 Certified.
