As Construction Manager, Robert leads project execution across all phases, aligning design, budget, and schedule to ensure disciplined delivery. He oversees contractor performance, risk management and change control, and drives technical coordination to protect cost certainty and construction quality. His work focuses on safeguarding owner interests while facilitating efficient, compliant, and predictable project outcomes

Robert brings extensive East Coast construction experience. He began his career as a Superintendent leading multifamily projects through day-to-day site operations, complex phasing, and subcontractor coordination. He later advanced into Senior Project Management roles, overseeing design development, contract negotiation, schedule and cost control, and large-scale construction execution. Robert’s background provides a balanced technical foundation and strategic perspective that inform his approach to delivering complex developments.

Education

Robert attended Guilford College in Greensboro, NC and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Robert is 30-hour OSHA certified and NASCLA certified.
