  • Serves as a development manager on new construction projects. 
  • His projects include in developments in Chicago and Salt Lake City. 
  • Has extensive experience in affordable housing in major markets.


Prior to joining Brinshore, Luke was a Finance Fellow at the Development Finance Initiative (DFI) in Durham, NC. At DFI, he worked in direct development roles, conducting due diligence and financial modeling analysis for a redevelopment fund investing in properties across North Carolina.

Prior to joining DFI, Luke was a Summer Development Associate at Related Midwest in Chicago (LIHTC), where he modelled and analyzed $300M+ in LIHTC projects and identified portfolio acquisition opportunities.

His experience in affordable housing experience includes managing HUD consulting engagements with municipalities across the country for Enterprise Community Partners. He also served on the Family Selection Committee at Habitat for Humanity in Washington, DC.


Luke received an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, concentrating in Real Estate, and a BA from Haverford College.
