Lucas Hopkins graduated from DePaul University in 2021 with a bachelor’s in Communication and Technology. He graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago with his Master of Urban Planning and Policy in May 2026.

Interests

Passions for public service and city planning introduced him to the affordable housing industry. Lucas is excited to support crucial affordable housing projects during his time with Brinshore Development, and is particularly looking forward to enhancing his understanding of LIHTC deals and applications.

In his free time, Lucas enjoys traveling, reading, staying active, and playing chess.
