Experience
Based in Denver, Kathleen is a project manager on a variety of developments, including the Kansas City and Omaha HUD Choice Neighborhoods Initiatives, and Highlander Development in Omaha, in addition to Colorado projects.
Kathleen has served as Development Manager with Zocalo Community Development in Denver, managing managed affordable development initiatives. She also was a Development Associate with Cohen Esrey Development Group in Kansas City.
During her graduate studies, Kathleen served as a Mayoral Fellow with the City of Chicago.
Public Service
Kathleen is a member of the Board of Directors for Senior Housing Options, Inc., which provides affordable housing and supportive services to seniors across Colorado. She also serves as the Etkin Johnson Student Scholars Program Co-Chair for the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Executive Committee, and she is a member of Housing Colorado’s Education and Young Professionals Committees.
Education
Kathleen received a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a recipient of the Brian C. West Award for Excellence in Real Estate Development and Urban Design. She received a BA in Architectural Studies from the University of Kansas.
