  • Serves as a project manager on multi-phase, mixed-income developments. 
  • Has worked in Brinshore’s Kansas City office. 
  • Obtained LEED Green Associate Accreditation in 2019.

Experience

Kathleen has served as Development Manager with Zocalo Community Development, in Denver, managing managed affordable development initiatives. She also was a Development Associate with Cohen Esrey Development Group in Kansas City.

She has a project manager on a variety of developments, including the Kansas City and Omaha HUD Choice Neighborhoods Initiatives, and Highlander development in Omaha.

During her graduate studies, Kathleen served as a Mayoral Fellow with the City of Chicago.

Public Service

Kathleen is a member of the Board of Directors for Senior Housing Options, Inc., which provides affordable housing and supportive services to seniors across Colorado. She also serves as Social Co-Chair for the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Executive Committee, and she is a member of Housing Colorado’s Education and Young Professionals Committees.

Education

Kathleen received a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a recipient of the Brian C. West Award for Excellence in Real Estate Development and Urban Design. She received a BA in Architectural Studies from the University of Kansas.
