Manages all accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and invoicing. Completes special projects, including the preparation, compilation, and distribution of monthly construction draw requests for various projects.
Experience
Julia has a diverse background in accounting, real estate, and property management. She spent several years as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker and later worked at a property management company, where she helped oversee multiple commercial multi-tenant buildings in the Chicago suburbs. During her time at the management company, Julia was promoted to the accounting department, where she managed numerous financial accounts and provided essential support to the accounting team. Additionally, she has handled year-end accounting for various small business owners.
Education
Julia graduated from Saint Petersburg State University in Saint Petersburg, Russia, with a bachelor's degree in Philology. She also holds an accounting certification.
