As Chief of Staff for Real Estate Development at Brinshore, Gaby supports the President in driving strategic initiatives, operational alignment, and organizational growth while also contributing to development projects from feasibility through stabilization.

Experience

Prior to joining Brinshore, Gaby served as an Economic Development Fellow at mHUB, shaping strategies to transform Chicago’s Kinzie Industrial Corridor into an advanced manufacturing innovation district, where she focused on real estate, impact investing, and urban economic development. She is driven by a commitment to creating inclusive, resilient urban communities having her earlier roles span philanthropy and early-stage venture support at MIT Solve, Museum of Us, and International Community Foundation.
