- Provide financial support and analysis for the closing process, equity installments and conversion.
- Assist in the preparation of IRS form 8609, Low Income Housing Credit Allocation and Certification.
Experience
Prior to joining Brinshore, Drew was Sector Controller at Volunteers of American, Greater New York, where he managed business operations for 47 affordable housing programs and oversaw $60 million worth of grants through, primarily, the City of New York.
Public Service
Drew is a milestone blood/platelet donor at the New York Blood Center and has 200 lifetime donations (24-gallon level). Currently, he is an active donor for the American Red Cross in Chicago.
Education
Drew holds a master’s degree in Management of Science, Technology and Innovation from the George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.
