Denee specializes in managing the financial and regulatory conversion of multi-million-dollar construction projects nationwide. She leads cost certification reviews, breakeven analysis, and underwriting support, while coordinating due diligence with syndicators, lenders, and agencies such as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
Denee oversees construction completion compliance, loan installment tracking, and the preparation of cost certifications and 8609 packages, working closely with accountants, equity partners, and state agencies to secure timely approvals. She also analyzes and monitors budgets, and maintains centralized project tracking systems to improve operational efficiency.
With responsibility for more than 15 active construction projects, Denee ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance throughout every stage of development.
