Experience
Anna manages all aspects of the development process including budgeting, planning, financing, construction, and marketing. She has experience working on multi-phase, mixed-income developments, and public housing repositioning projects
Anna Libby joined Brinshore in 2021 as Vice President, Development Manager. In this role she oversees a diverse portfolio of projects, including public housing repositioning, mixed-income developments, permanent supportive housing, community development initiatives, and Choice Neighborhoods projects. Specializing in large-scale community redevelopment and public housing repositioning, Anna leads projects across the Western United States and Tennessee. Her expertise spans all phases of development, from pre-development and financing to team management, design, and construction.
Before joining Brinshore, Anna served as a Project Manager with Avison Young’s Chicago-based development team. In this role, she was responsible for project management, financial analysis, market research, and feasibility studies of complex mixed-use redevelopment projects. Anna expertly managed project schedules, budgets, and teams to deliver on client objectives. She also gained valuable experience managing pre-development services for build-to-suit projects, developing a strong understanding of construction processes, budget management, developer procurement, and site development.
Public Service and Industry Involvement
Anna is a Board Member of OWLS Lacrosse, a sports-based youth development organization that creates opportunities for underserved youth in Chicago.
Experience
Anna holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Boston College and a Master’s in Real Estate from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
