Education

Ana Villamizar is currently a student at the University of Illinois - Chicago's Master's in Urban Planning and Policy program. She graduated from Florida State University in 2021 with a B.S. from the Environment and Society program with minors in Urban Planning and Psychology.

Experience

Ana has worked with offices doing research on affordable housing and climate gentrification and is interested in building resilient and rooted communities for immigrants. Affordable housing is a cornerstone in this effort.

Interests

You can usually catch Ana testing out a new way to move her body, catching up on a new show/book or looking for a patch of sun to nap in.
