Alex joined Brinshore as an Assistant Vice President of Construction in June 2021. He brings a decade of multifamily and mixed-use construction and development experience spanned over several US regional markets. In his current role Alex oversees all aspects of construction and works closely with development managers in providing guidance on site selection, project design, constructability, and execution.

Prior to joining Brinshore, Alex worked for an international developer and operator where he oversaw construction of multiple residential and mixed-use real estateprojects and provided leadership to a group of project and constructionmanagers. His experience also includes engineering complex hydrocarbon recovery models for the energy industry.

Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Houston where he graduated with Honors and a degree in Mathematics. Alex is also Project Management Professional (PMP)certified and holds several construction acclamations.
