His ability to translate early-stage strategy into clear execution pathways helps ensure that Brinshore’s developments are delivered with quality, efficiency, and a long-term vision for the communities they serve.
Experience
Alex joined Brinshore in June 2021 as Assistant Vice President of Construction and now leads the firm’s Construction Management Group. He brings more than a decade of multifamily and mixed-use construction and development experience across several U.S. regional markets. In his leadership role, Alex oversees all aspects of construction and partners closely with Brinshore’s development managers to guide teams through site selection, project design, constructability, and project execution. His approach is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and a deep commitment to building communities that endure.
Before joining Brinshore, Alex worked for an international real estate developer and operator, where he led the construction of multiple residential and mixed-use projects and managed a team of project and construction managers. His career began in the energy industry, where he engineered complex hydrocarbon recovery models—an analytical foundation that continues to shape his decision-making and leadership style.
Education
Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering with Honors, from the University of Houston, as well as a degree in Mathematics. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has earned several construction accolades throughout his career. Committed to continued growth as a leader, Alex is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Leadership.
